1. How long does shipping take?

U.S. orders: 7–15 business days.

International orders: 10–20 business days



2. Why did I only receive part of my order?


If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses to get them to you faster. Each item will have its own tracking number once it ships.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?


We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items, or items that never arrive. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or items marked “Final Sale.” For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy

4. How do I start a return?

Email us at carol@carolscreativeco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help you as quickly as possible.



5. How can I track my order?


Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive multiple tracking emails.

6.My package says “delivered,” but I didn’t get it. What now?


First, check with neighbors or your local post office in case they accepted it for you. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to find a solution.
